And I'm Free!

Please join me in taking a giant breath…

And exhale…

Ok, now I’m good to go. The school semester of pain is now over and I have some time off till my next round of classes begin. I diffidently learned that taking four classes at once is not a good idea. Doing so left me very burned out and grouchy. I had all this plans but simply no motivation to act upon any of them. So I took the last couple of days off to recharge and now I am ready to go. I actually feel pumped and full of idea and things that I want to do. It is only going to take some time for me to get everything organized. That seems to part of my problem. I am so scattered brained. Because of this expect the next couple of weeks to be full of basically ramblings as I try to get a grasp on the craziness that is going on in my head!

Stay tuned!

Hello World

Hello World...

Welcome to my writers site! This all little slice of the net has come from a freelance writing class that I am taking for school. While the course is an elective (I am a history major), I have always wanted to become a published writer. I would love to write fiction or non-fiction, and I think that I will be keeping this site up and running after the class. I am going to use it as a tool to get my name out there and show examples of my work. For employers that visit my site I hope to be able to sell you on either an article or short-story. I will be posting examples of my work here so please feel free to browse though them and enjoy!

For those of you interested in the blog section of this site, I hope that it will be both informative and entertaining. I will be focusing the blog on the steps that I take on getting published and some exercises that I will use to hone my skills.

In addition to this blog I am going to be starting at least two more blogs with a possibility of a third as school comes to an end. The blogs will focus on different aspects of my life, hobby gaming, competitive online sports, and perhaps a site on being a dad. The bigger posts from those blogs may make it here as well.

Till next time...
